Businesses to avoid
This will piss of a lot of businesses, but since some of the major online platforms, like Shopee, Lazada, Temu, and others, are not willing to deal with this and knowingly facilitate these shops to continue doing BS, its up to us to warn other people😉 The war begins😁
Note: This list will continue to grow, and businesses or online platforms on the list, can only get off it if they improve their service level in a satisfying manner.
A list of manufacturers to avoid will be a separate post on this blog. I will provide a link here when I have time.
I have build pcs for many years and done custom builds other people couldn't do, besides that I also worked for Packard Bell Europe, in their Technical Support in The Netherlands.
And in my own country Denmark in IT support Call Center for Major Businesses supplying companies with whole IT solutions : IBM, HP, Compaq, Lexmark, Sharp, Mermaid, Packard Bell, Fujitsu-Siemens, Acer, Canon, MAC.
Also as Technican for a Charity organization that supplied Computers, tables and printers for schools in the Philippines. I build the computers from scratch with second hand parts.
My background is a lot more than this, but this is keeping it short.
Because of personal circumstances, I live in the Philippines and want to put my skills to good use by helping people for free🙂
And by that come the lists of shops to avoid doing business with, because of poor service level or just bad products with short Warranty, selling refurbished as New, or even knowingly selling Counterfeit products.
Businesses that are innocent will not appear on this list, only the bad ones.

This shop on Shopee treathened me, when I informed them that I had discovered that they sell counterfeit Crucial DDR3L Ram modules.
Doesn't inspire very much confidence in the way they do business.

These modules are extremely very well made and someone put a lot of effort into making this look like the real deal.

zhanjun. ph on Shopee sell counterfeit OPPO phones, maybe other brands also, I have made them aware. Since they continue to sell, they are knowingly selling counterfeit products.

Laptop.COM on Shopee refuse to disclose if their laptop chargers are genuine Lenovo chargers or aftermarket copy. Its like talking to a wall.

I am somewhat tired of shops on Shopee and Lazada using legitimate businesses names to sell their products, without actually being affiliated with these businesses. So I will add those to the list as well :
PC PARTS PH
on Shopee, is not the same as PCParts PH a wellknown online parts dealer in the Philippines. The shop on Shopee don't reply when asked why they use this name.

DON'T expect Genuine Green Cell Quality from that store.

This store on Lazada, Smathv, advertises DDR3L Ram from Samsung, but ignores my request for proof that the Ram is genuine, which make it a store not recommended to do business with.
The proof would simply be that they confirm it has been cleared by Samsung or directly obtained from Samsung. How hard can that be, but the silence speak for itself.

Feel free to comment if you have an IT store that fit the list, only criteria is that you have informed the store that the product is counterfeit and they knowingly continue to sell it. And you can document this.
